イメージセンサの入力画像処理において、負性抵抗回路網が利用されており、その解析に回路シミュレータ(SPICE)がよく利用されている。回路方程式は、固体物理における強束縛近似の適用できる電子系で現れる方程式と類似していることから、我々は、SPICEをこのような物理系の解析に実用的に利用できないか検討している。本講では一次元抵抗回路網においてシミュレータと解析解との整合性について議論する。
