[16p-P07-40] Nighttime photovoltaic power generation with InAsSb diodes

In this study, we measure the negative illumination photovoltaic effect of commertial InAsSb diodes. Toward the clear sky at night as a low-temperature heat bath, we set the diodes placed on the earth's surface, which can exhaust heat via far infrared radiation. We observe a significant voltage difference in the open circuit voltage measurement for each diode.
