In recent years, optical skyrmions have been demonstrated in the field of optics. In this study, we generated optical skyrmions by superimposing a right-handed circularly polarized Gaussian beam and a left-handed circularly polarized Laguerre-Gaussian beam. We then simulated their spatial polarization structure transfer to electron spins in a semiconductor. As a result, semiconductor spin-skyrmion structures corresponding to different types of skyrmions were generated. This represents a novel electron spin state with potential applications in high-capacity quantum information communication.
