In this study, we have shown the surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) on Si/Ag/AuNPs and coverslip/AuNPs substrates for 4-aminothiophenol (4-ATP) and rhodamine-6G (R6G) molecule respectively. We have fabricated SERS substrates by arranging the gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with Bessel beam illumination and without illumination of light. We found two-fold enhancement in Raman signal of 4-ATP and R6G with Bessel beam illumination in comparison to drop casting method.
