In this presentation, we explore the synthesis and characterization of europium-doped niobate-based phosphors for enhancing the red component in phosphor-converted white-light-emitting diodes (pc-WLEDs). Utilizing a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique, we achieved high crystallinity and phase purity in the phosphors, maintaining the tetragonal tungsten bronze (TTB) structure. We present photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra, highlighting efficient excitation at 392 nm and optimal Eu3+ concentration at 9.0 mol% to prevent quenching. With internal quantum yield (IQE) exceeding 90% and external quantum efficiency (EQE) over 55%, these phosphors exhibit strong potential for improving warm white LED performance. Making it a promising advancement of Eu3+-doped niobate phosphors in pc-WLED applications.
