The durability of wide-bandgap organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite (PVK) solar cells is not sufficiently high at present. Therefore, we designed suitable configurations of all-PVK triple-junction modules to minimize the detrimental impact of the top-cell degradation on the module efficiency, along with high module efficiency. The lowering in the module efficiency caused by the top-cell degradation could be minimized by selecting a suitable module configuration: voltage-matched type or and current-matched type depending on the degradation factors.
