本研究では，従来の光ピンセットにおいて困難なサブmm級大粒子・不規則形状粒子の捕捉・操作に向けた手法として，輪郭トラッキング光ピンセットを提案する．本手法では，顕微画像から画像処理によって粒子の輪郭を取得し，その輪郭に沿った集光ビーム照射パターンを生成するというプロセスをリアルタイムに行い，安定捕捉を実現する．講演では，概念実証実験の詳細および，シミュレーションによる原理の検討について発表する．
