We present reservoir computing (RC) utilizing a source follower operation of FeFETs (FeSF) to reduce the power consumption of RC system by introducing a voltage readout scheme instead of the conventional current readout. The RC operates by utilizing time-series data of Vout of FeSF with nonlinearity from ferroelectric dynamics.
