The edge states appearing at the interface of topological bulk structures function as optical nanocavities and are important for further integration of optical circuits. In this study, we report a new method for constructing optical nanocavities by utilizing the topology of edge states in a triangular lattice glide-symmetric photonic crystal waveguide, which is known to be immune to bending.
