The operating principle of blue organic light-emitting diodes (Blue-OLEDs) is different from that of other colors, and the devices based on triplet-triplet fluorescence (TTF), in which two triplet excitons fuse back to a singlet exciton, are often used in practical applications. In this study, we evaluated the carrier behavior of Blue-OLEDs using the displacement current measurement (DCM) , and found that the accumulation positions of holes and electrons inside the device and the discharge process occurs in two separate stages.
