Intramolecular TTU using anthracene dimers has been investigated for use in OLEDs because of their high TTU efficiency even in host-guest systems with suppressed concentration quenching. However, clear evidence for intramolecular TTUs remains insufficient. Therefore, we constructed analytical models of inter- and intramolecular TTU and investigated the dimer concentration dependence of the TTU phenomenon. As a result, different behaviors were observed from the intermolecular TTU mechanism and the intramolecular TTU mechanism by double sensitization, respectively.
