Organic semiconductor laser,Low threshold

I have designed molecules based on the benzoxazole (BOX) group to achieve low-threshold lasing and stability under current excitation. Organic semiconductor lasers that can be excited by current face the challenge of high thresholds. Although the BSBCz molecule, which enables low-threshold lasing, has been developed, it has low stability under current excitation. On the other hand, the BOX group offers excellent stability and allows low-threshold lasing due to the extension of π-conjugation. The BOX derivatives I designed demonstrate a threshold comparable to that of BSBCz and are promising as laser materials.
