By using our Starrydata web system, we collected large-scale experimental data of temperature dependence of thermoelectric properties, from plots in published papers. We classified over 30,000 samples by their chemical compositions, and projected the distributions in two dimensions by using principal component analysis. We observed triangular distributions for ternary systems, and that the research examples are concentrated in the narrow regions where good thermoelectric properties have been reported.
