In this study, we have designed a voltage regulator for mm-scale, battery-free, self-powered edge devices, assuming an intermittent operating system. The proposed system has multiple output channels of 1.8V and 1.0V, capable of providing a constant pulse voltage to the load for several milliseconds. We will report the fabrication of the integrated circuit using the TSMC 0.18 μm standard CMOS process.
