topological Hall effect

Observing the topological Hall effect in the heterostructure of "the magnetic insulating layer with non-coplanar spin texture" and "the paramagnetic metallic layer", such as the Dy2Ti2O7/Bi2Rh2O7 and the DyFeO3/CaRuO3 heterostructure, has demonstrated the propagation of the emergent field through the interface. In this study, for the paramagnetic metallic layer, we pay attention to the two-dimensional electron with low carrier density and high mobility in the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface. We try to enhance the topological Hall effect by combining it with the magnetic insulating layer DyFeO3.
