[18a-A33-6] Single Cell-Free DNA Detection Employing Metasurface Biosensors

We conducted cell-free DNA (cfDNA) detection using metasurface fluorescence biosensors. Because cfDNAs are generally at extremely low concentrations, ultrahighly sensitive detection is required. We set practice-driven cfDNA to be our target, and conducted FL detection of the amplified targets in short cycles with using the metasurface biosensor system. Consequently, we achieved an ultimate detection capability of discriminating one cfDNA from zero in one test.
