[18a-A41-2] Enhancing V_oc in bendable perovskite/Si-heterojunction tandem solar cells

In the perovskite (PVK)/Si heterojunction tandem solar cells using a thin silicon substrate with a thickness of ~80μm, improvement in open-circuit voltage was observed by passivation of the PVK film surface with Piperazine Dihydriodide. Furthermore, adjusting the amount of 2-propanol solvent used for this passivation reduced hysteresis and improved the fill factor.
