The effect of repeated light soaking and dark storage on the performance of the Perovskite solar cell modules was investigated. When light soaked at 22 - 33ºC, the maximum output power Pmax increased until about 1000s. When light soaked at 60 - 65ºC, the Pmax increased for about 100s, followed by gradual decrease. These results suggest that both the increase and decrease of Pmax is accelerated by high temperature.
