[18a-B1-10] Synthesis and structure determination of new deep red phosphor

In this study, a new deep red emitting phosphor SrCa₂Ga₂O₆:Mn⁴⁺ (SCG:Mn) was found in the solid solution system of Sr₃Ga₂O₆ and Ca₃Ga₂O₆. The crystal structure of SCG:Mn was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its fluorescence properties as a powder sample were also investigated.
