The purpose of this study is to develop a method for forming micro flow channel of liquid crystal by optical manipulation of liquid crystal pillars, and for controlling molecular alignment of liquid crystal in the fluid. We evaluated the molecular alignment changes due to applied voltage to the micro flow channels of nematic liquid crystal formed in ITO cell.
