In piezoelectric sensors, the matrix wiring method, in which electrodes are common among multiple sensor elements, can significantly reduce the number of wirings required for signal acquisition. On the other hand, the commonization of electrodes causes small crosstalk signals to propagate to non-pressure points, making it difficult to obtain accurate signals. In this study, we attempted to obtain accurate signals by formulating the relationship between the observed signal with superimposed crosstalk and the optimized signal with the crosstalk removed, and by applying an algorithm based on mathematical optimization to remove the crosstalk.
