Integrated development system of machine learning algorithms and AI chip is presented to best optimize Computation-in-Memory (CiM). The proposed system integrates various non-idealities such as device variations, reliability errors and circuit noise. By co-designing CiM chip and machine learning algorithm, best match of high inference accuracy and high energy efficiency of AI chip is realized.
