As the electrification of mobility advances, such as through the shift to electric vehicles (EVs), there is an increasing demand for multilayer ceramic capacitors with high operational stability. In material development aimed at future needs, it is considered effective to repeatedly establish working hypotheses based on determinants of material properties and conduct verification experiments in short cycles. This report presents a method using combinatorial optimization to extract materials chemistry insights from characteristic features, and reports the results of verification experiments based on the hypotheses obtained through this approach.
