[18p-A33-9] Color change with structural deformation of metal semi-shell structure

Recently, structural coloring using plasmon resonance in metallic nanostructures has attracted much attention. We have fabricated semi-shell structures that can be easily fabricated in a large area by a bottom-up process. Furthermore, after the structure is fabricated, laser irradiation or annealing treatment can melt and deform the structure to change the color. In this study, we report the color change in the melt-deformed semi-shell structure confirmed by heating experiments.
