The electric resonance coupling wireless power transfer (ERC-WPT) has a problem that is short transmission distance, and the reason for this is that a coil with a low quality factor has been used as the resonance coil. Therefore, we designed the high quality factor resonator that uses superconducting wires that can be used at high frequencies, and aimed to significantly improve transmission efficiency by using it in ERC-WPT. This is the first study using superconducting wires for ERC-WPT.
