This study focuses on developing an organic phototransistor on a breathable, biocompatible polyurethane nanomesh substrate for long-term biosignal monitoring. The substrate is created through electrospinning with heat pressing and coated with perylene via CVD. A gold gate electrode, perylene gate insulator, DNTT organic semiconductor layer, gold source and drain electrodes were sequentially deposited. The device showed a threshold voltage shift of about 1.8 V when exposed to white light, indicating photosensitivity.
