In the past, our laboratory has been working on specific and selective detection of biomolecule and ion concentrations by chemically modifying the gate electrode surfaces of ISFETs. In this study, DNA was used as a model molecule, and with the aim of simultaneously measuring multiple types of biomolecules using integrated ISFETs, two different types of probe DNA were immobilized on the surface of each gate electrode of the integrated ISFET to specifically detect the target DNA having complementary sequences, respectively. The method to specifically detect the target DNA with complementary sequences was investigated.
