In this study, making the PEDOT:PSS channel porous ,which would impart the function of a scaffold for cell culture within the channel, would make it possible to monitor changes in molecular concentration inside 3D-cultured organoids. In this presentation, the hydrogen peroxide responsivity of a porous channel organic electrochemical transistor was investigated as a basic evaluation for specific molecular recognition by enzymes.
