放電現象は，広い分野から注目を集めている．また，我々の研究室では，水中放電を利用した水面を走行するスイマーなどを提案してきた．しかし，同様の原理を用いた回転デバイスへの応用はいまだ進められていない．そのため，本報告では水中放電を利用した回転運動と，ポンプへの応用を提案し，性能について検証した結果を報告する．
