We are developing a photon-counting CT (PC-CT) system using a high-speed scintillator (YGAG:Ce) and a photodetector element, MPPC (Multi-Pixel Photon Counter). In this study, we developed a PC-CT system using a 64 × 16 pixel (1024 channels) 2D array detector for in vivo dynamical imaging of mice. since CT imaging requires uniformity of performance, we used a correction function to suppress the variation in response between pixels to achieve uniform performance. The system was developed using a correction function that suppresses the variation in response between pixels.
