金ナノ構造を施したガラス基板上に、アミノ酸の飽和水溶液を滴下し、オイルで覆うと、液滴から数百μm離れたところで結晶が析出した。本研究では、ランダムウォークシミュレーションを行い、温度を変えて行った結晶化実験の結果と対応させて液滴から離れて結晶が析出するメカニズムを考察した。
