In blend films based on crystalline conjugated polymers with different side-chain structures and a fullerene derivative, there are polymer crystal phase, polymer/fullerene mixed phase, and fulluerene aggregate phase where the energy cascade structures are different. We study the dependence of charge generation dynamics on the energy cascade structure by measuring transient absorption upon the selective excitation of the interfacial CT levels formed at the polymer/fullerene mixed phase.
