REBCO超伝導薄膜の低温における磁場中J_cの向上のために、格子定数・配向の異なる材料をバッファ層に挿入し、誘発された結晶欠陥を観察した。さらに、結晶欠陥によるピンニングセンター及び副次的な析出物等が導入されたYBCO薄膜のJ_c特性を測定し、基板にナノコンポジット材料を使用した際の効果について検討した。
