In recent years, controlling the emission properties of monolayer transition metal dichalcogenide (1L-TMDC) using nanoantennas has been intensively studied. Our group has previously reported on the
excitation enhancement by the localized fields and an increase in radiative rate due to the Purcell effect, utilizing the electric- and magnetic- type Mie resonances of a spherical silicon nanoparticle (Si NS). In this presentation, we discuss the control of emission directionality of 1L-TMDCs utilizing the interference of the electric- and magnetic- Mie resonance modes of Si NSs.
