Although capacitive water detection sensors have been installed to prevent water from mixing with gasoline, it has been difficult to accurately measure minute amounts of water content. Therefore, we have developed a water content measurement method using subterahertz waves, and have shown that it is possible to quantitatively measure water content even for minute amounts of water content, which had been difficult to measure with capacitance-type sensors. A concentration resolution of about 1% has been achieved.
