In order to realize the high-sensitive gas analysis, we developed a new spectroscopic measurement technique of the infrared spectroscopy combined with the differential pressure measurement. We succeeded in the measurements of the infrared absorption spectra for ammonia and cyclohexane at a concentration of 50 ppm as sample gases. Comparing the results with those of FT-IR spectra, it was found that the resolution of this measurement device was 1 cm-1 and that it also had excellent measurement sensitivity.
