We constructed a measurement system that is capacitance (C)-voltage measurement, called displacement current method (DCM) for organic MIS device made of tris-(8-hydroxyquinolinato)aluminum (Alq3) under pressure and observed charge injection and accumulation processes. When the pressure applied to the device was increased from 159 kPa to 1.59 MPa, not only the thickness of the device film was decreased, but also the response speed of charge was decreased.
