These days, self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) are attracting attention as hole transport materials for perovskite solar cells, and we focused on multi-anchored SAM materials that enable efficient hole transport by controlling the molecular orientation with multiple bonding anchors. We investigated the process for simultaneous formation of hole transport layer and perovskite layer by doping the SAM material to perovskite precursor solutions, and its combined use with the perovskite film formation process without dropping anti-solvent, which we already established.
