We fabricated B₄C, LiF, and Gd₂O₃ films as converters by screen printing and reported that they can be used as neutron flux monitors in combination with solar cells. In this work, we measured neutron detection characteristics using B₄C, LiF, and Gd₂O₃ films as converters and InGaP, CIGS, and Si solar cells, and investigated the effects of the converter films and solar cells.
