In recent years, neural networks using the diffraction of light phenomenon have been studied in order to significantly reduce power consumption and speed up operations, which are problems in deep neural networks. We have proposed a magneto-optic diffraction type deep neural network that utilizes the diffraction of light and the magneto-optic effect of magnetic materials, and reported on its visible light operation and its fabrication technique. In the present study, we investigated the conditions for writing magnetic domains for the purpose of writing submicron-sized magnetic domains.
