[19p-P06-47] Construction of MO detection for current-driven domain walls in GdFe magwires

Racetrack memory using magnetic wire has been actively researched as a next generation memory of ultra low power consumption and high speed operation. However, there are few research reports on the detection method of recording domains in this memory. Therefore, we have constructed a magneto-optical(MO) differential detection system for real time detection of recording domains using the MO effect. We have succeeded in observing the magnetization state on a magnetic wire by using this MO differencial detection system.
