スピン緩和としても専らElliott-Yafet 型や D`yakonov-Perel` 型などスピン軌道相互作用を介した緩和を考慮し、一方、運動量緩和として、フォノン・不純物散乱に加えて、同じスピン同士の電子－正孔散乱（Baber散乱）、および異なるスピン同士の電子－正孔散乱を考慮して、スピン輸送の固有モードを求めた。
