本研究では、RFスパッタ法を用いたZnOの形成ならびにその後の硫化水素を用いた気相硫化がZnOの光学特性に与える影響を明らかにし、それらをバッファ層として適用したCZTS太陽電池を試作し、電池特性へ与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とする。
