Molecular transfection technology is in increasing demand in a wide range of fields, including the medical field. However, conventional methods have problems such as low transfection efficiency and cell survival rate, and new gene transfection methods are required.
Therefore, we have proposed a gene transfection using a combined method of plasma in liquid and pulsed electric field. However, the optimization of the electric stimulation in the combined method has not been done so far, and we report the results of gene transfection experiments using pulsed electric fields with controlled electrical stimulation.
