[20a-A34-7] Wide-band frequency modulated terahertz radiations from superconducting Josephson plasma emitters

We have applied high-frequency modulation of the JPE bias voltage up to 3 GHz to achieve frequency-modulated terahertz radiation with a modulation width of up to 40 GHz at 830 - 900 GHz. In the talk, the mechanism will be discussed along with the latest experimental results.
