We have been developing gas-medium optics that can be used with even high-intensity lasers without worrying about damage to the surface damage of optics. Here, we developed a system to apply the gas diffractive optical system, developed by utilizing large-amplitude density modulation in an ozone-mixed gas, to an optical phase modulation system that simultaneously performs multi-point focusing, high-speed scanning, and wavefront correction.
