[20a-C301-5] Generation of soft x-ray high harmonics beyond the water window region using a high-power few-cycle infrared light source

これまで我々は、酸素K吸収端を超える時間分解軟X線分光に必要な高出力Yb:YAG薄ディスクレーザー（出力パルスエネルギー：20 mJ、パルス幅：1 ps、繰返し周期：5 kHz（レーザー出力：100 W））を励起光源とした波長2000 nm中心の高繰り返し高強度数サイクル赤外光源（最大パルスエネルギー：1.68 mJ、最短パルス幅：19.5 fs、繰返し周期：5 kHz）を開発してきた。本発表では、赤外光源による水の窓を超える軟X線高次高調波発生について報告する。
