高透過率の無機粒子であるマイカを用いて作製した光散乱体により、太陽電池モジュールの白色化を行った。マイカ粉末をクリアラッカーに分散させ、カバーガラスに塗布することで製膜し、光学特性、発電効率低下および明度を測定し評価した。作製された散乱体は高い透過率を維持しながら、目標の明度であるL^* 40以上を達成した。また散乱体中のマイカ粉末の含有量によって、明度や発電効率を制御できることがわかった。
