We proposed a hybrid plasmonic device structure using self-imaging for the purpose of low power consumption and miniaturization of devices. Hybrid plasmonic devices can control the output wavelength depending on the length of the hybrid plasmonic waveguide due to the self-imaging effects between guided light and surface plasmon polaritons within the hybrid plasmonic waveguide. In this study, we report the evaluation of the propagation characteristics of the hybrid plasmonic device structure.
