We propose an overall optimization method for the problem of optimizing process conditions for continuous steps in manufacturing. We focused on a method called Analytical Target Cascading, which performs individual optimization for each process and combines the optimization results between processes, and evaluated the performance of a proposed method that addresses the issues of this method. The proposed method increases the optimization accuracy at the same optimization cost, making it possible to implement stable optimization.
